GuestNet

If you are visiting the University you can access the Internet using secure, free, Wi-Fi via the GuestNet service. You will need to obtain a temporary username and password from your host department. If you are attending a conference you may also be given GuestNet account details which will be included within your information pack or on arrival by the conference organiser.

How to connect to GuestNet

  1. To access GuestNet you will need to select it from the list of available wireless networks on your device

  2. Click the Connect button and, if prompted, specify that the type of network is Public

  3. Once you have connected you will need to open a web browser, such as Internet Explorer. You will then be prompted to log in using the account details (username and password) that you have been given
