GuestNet
If you are visiting the University you can access the Internet using secure, free, Wi-Fi via the GuestNet service. You will need to obtain a temporary username and password from your host department. If you are attending a conference you may also be given GuestNet account details which will be included within your information pack or on arrival by the conference organiser.
How to connect to GuestNet
- To access GuestNet you will need to select it from the list of available wireless networks on your device
- Click the Connect button and, if prompted, specify that the type of network is Public
- Once you have connected you will need to open a web browser, such as Internet Explorer. You will then be prompted to log in using the account details (username and password) that you have been given
